Not able to cancel free trial

It's no secret that Adobe uses sketchy and downright gross business practices. Now they make it near impossible to cancel your free trial to collect every dime and nickel possible from their users. It's sleazy and pathetic. Not to mention their software is so laggy and unusable, it's a wonder Adobe is still as popular as it is. Probably because they monetize every single aspect of their useless product. I can't wait until this pathetic scheme of a company comes crumbling down.
