Not able to check a PDF while signed in to an Adobe account

Hi everyone,

 

I used to be able to view a PDF while signed in to my Adobe account and using an Adobe Acrobat Extension in Google Chrome, but now I can no longer do it. I have an Adobe Acrobat license. Prior to this issue, I *may* have clicked an AI-related feature of Adobe Acrobat.  

 

Here's how to reproduce the issue:

1. Click the website link that redirects you to a PDF.

2. Select a profile. 

3. The page loads with the PDF and then it reverts back to the below Profile page. 

 

 

Any suggestions how to go about with this?

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

 

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. Also, try to download the PDF to your computer locally and then try to open it with Acrobat/Reader desktop application.

 

What is the version of the OS and the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 24.02.20759 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
