Question

Not able to comment PDFs online in Adobe Creative Cloud?

I have an Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) subscription, and I read PDF documents online in CC. But I cannot comment on the PDFs, since while trying to comment I am asked to take Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription by paying extra. Is Adobe Acrobat Pro not included in CC subscription? Do I have to pay extra for commenting PDFs online in CC?

Hi,

Can you confirm the operating system and device (laptop or tablet) you are using?

A screenshot would help us understand better how to help you.

Can you look at the File > Properties > Security to check if you are allowed to insert comments.

I'm using a Windows-10 laptop. I checked and confirmed that I'm allowed to insert comments in the PDF. However, while trying to insert a comment in a PDF online, I'm asked to open the file in "Adobe Acrobat Pro". Is it possible to comment a PDF online in Adobe document cloud?
