Not able to Digitally Sign PDF document in MAC OS

Question

Please note we are not able to sign PDF documents in MAC OS, however the same digital signature is working in Windows.

When a box is drawn where we want to place the signature, the digital signature is not lisitng in the pop-up box.

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the delay in response.

Try creating a new signature and then adding it to the document. Check if the issue still occurs.

As mentioned, the signature works on Windows but not on Mac OS. Are you using the same signature? If yes, is it saved locally on Mac OS?
