Not able to drag download to adobe

Hello,

 

Since I downloaded new version of adobe I am not able to drag my files to it. Kindly help me to solve the problem, as I get this message everytime I tried to do so.

Hi Nazanin

 

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described, you are unable to drag the PDF to Adobe Acrobat.

 

Would you sharing the verision of the OS and Adobe Acrobat DC you are using? To Check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 21.07.20099 installed. Go to help > check for updates and reboot the computer once.

 

Also, is this a behavior with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs, please try with a different PDF file and check.

 

Try to repair the installation from help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.

 

Also a small video recording of the issue will be very helpful to better understand the workflow.
