i am not able to edit pdf document though my plan includes acrobat pro. It keeps on prompting me to reactivate my subscription.

@karin_9145 if the app is prompting you to 'reactivate the subscription,' it essentially is telling you your plan has expired. If you have already paid, then I would log out of adobe.com, and make sure you are log into the correct account. Speaking from experience, I have two accounts of Adobe—so, if I use the wrong account, I would get different messages too.
