Not able to get Pro features on Mobile with license

I want to scream. No one at Adobe tech support has been able to help. I am truly angry after hours on two different occasions with no resolution.

I have paid for a student version of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. When I am logged into the program on my Windows computer, it shows this. When I login to the mobile app, it is prompting me to services "Adobe Acrobat Pro DC" for which I have already paid.

No one can tell me why I paid for services I am not receiving and why I am be prompted for money for something I already paid for. According to their won website, with the Pro DC account, I should be able to use the full range of features on a mobile device as well. However, the tech support people keep insisting that my license is only good for a computer. But again, the website clearly shows that I should get access. For whatever reason, my product, registered with my Adobe account, is not giving me access to the full range of mobile features.

Anyone have any ideas?

Adobe did give you correct information, but probably incomplete information. You said yourself " the tech support people keep insisting that my license is only good for a computer. "

Unfortunately the web site is very poor, and open to much criticism, in making clear the difference between perpetual and subscription versions. In some countries, but not the US, the page you linked to lets you choose "Perpetual license" and the feature grid changes a lot. Someone's lost this in the US web site.

Everything hinges on your license. The page you link to shows the things you get with a regular retail subscription, but that isn't what you say you purchased. Did you get a subscription, or a permanent license?

I'm not sure. I have a serial number that I entered when I downloaded the program. Is there a difference? I paid a one time academic price. I have Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2015.

So far you've been more help than anyone direct from Adobe!

The mobile features are only available with a subscription.
