Not able to share document without sending email

I just got a new work PC and when I installed Acrobat pro on the new PC, the blue share button is not there anymore. It's just an envelope that allows me to send the document via email. Please can someone help me to get it back as I use this function on a daily basis.

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

 

If you are on the classic viewer of the Acrobat application, please check the steps shared in the correct answer marked here  (https://adobe.ly/44jfUgP) and see if that works.

 

Also, go to Preferences (Ctrl,Cmd+K) > Email Account > Under, sen files by email setting Uncheck 'Always send file as a link' > Click OK and reboot the application and check.

Thank you for your reply. However, I do not have the link icon that I should click on. I am at a loss on what to do...

Start by disabling the new Acrobat UI, via Menu - Disable New Acrobat.
