Not allowed the feataure extraction and many permission in pdf files

I am writing this issue to inform everyone because I am troubling a problem when I am giving permission to access the pdf file. I have already generated the pdf files. So I want to set some permission for my pdf files. But I can not. Please help me to solve this issue. I want to set the permission not allowed to page extraction and Content Accessibility Enabled.
