@jose-ann_9152 try changing the Printer's Default Settings. You need to change the grayscale setting in the Windows/macOS printer properties, which are the master settings that applications like Acrobat are following. Have you also tried by clicking the Advanced button. Under the Output section, check the Color dropdown. Make sure it is set to Composite or Composite Color, and not to Composite Gray.
