I have the same problem. I just installed Acrobat Pro DC (2019.008.20071) on my new laptop. I have followed the steps below with no success.

Hi @Ruby_Sarkar

Apologies for the trouble you had using Acrobat. Could you please share the Acrobat version you have and confirm it's updated to the latets version.

Regards

Ravi

Hi @Ruby_Sarkar,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience!

Let's check one point at a time.

First, let's try repairing the application. To do so, go to Help-> Repair Installation.

If this doesn't help, let's reset the app preferences and see if that works.

You can check for the steps here: How to reset Acrobat Preference settings to defaul...

If this doesn't work, we might want to check the licensing files available on your system. Delete the files in the OOBE folder:

    • For Windows: <Drive Name>:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE

Adobe Licensing-related entries (starting with names such as Adobe User Info and Adobe App Info) stored in the following databases:

    1. For Windows: Credential Manager

Note: Please keep Acrobat closed at all times when performing the steps.

Once done, restart your computer and try again.

Let me know if this helps.
