Not Converting

I am trying to convert a receipt I received via email. The receipt has a bar code on it and various pictures. When I either hit "convert to pdf" or "print to pdf", it does convert.  However, the pictures and bar codes do not convert.  Is there a setting to correct this?

Please refer to the steps suggested in the following help document as you are trying to convert a file to PDF: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/creating-simple-pdfs-acrobat.html. 

If that does not help, share the screenshot or screen recording of how you are converting the file to PDF.

Share the sample file you are trying to convert so we can check. 

Share the Acrobat and OS version numbers.
