Not getting option to "Automatically collect comments on my own internal server"

I create shared-review PDFs that I put up on our SharePoint site for reviewers. When I click Send for Comments, I no longer get the "Send for Shared Commenting" window with the dropdown where I choose "Automatically collect comments on my own internal server"
