Not Receiving the SMS - HEEEELP :)

Hello, I hope you can help me. The problem is that the customer receives a mail with the request to sign. In the opened document he can then choose the variant "mobile". The customer must enter his mobile phone number with +49172.... format and then normally receives a text message to sign on the mobile display with his finger. This function is crucial for us, but the SMS by Adobe does not arrive any more. Many greetings from Germany

Yes, im talking about Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. The german and the american support couldnt help me. They gave me just the advice to Post my question here.

 

I need a solution, like i explained. The SMS doesnt receive. So its not possible for my clients to sign digital by their mobil phone. Thats actually a huge problem for us.

 

Do you understand my issue?

So it might be a "Adobe Sign" Problem. It worked a the time but not anymore.
