Wher do I find official support resources ? Even this post is difficult to do.

Correct answer ls_rbls

Hello @claudel51450396 ,

Support official Adobe resources are found at the Adobe Help Center linked below:

As for information about the Adobe Support Community guidelines you can checkout here:

On every support community page, you'll notice a plus (+) sign. Clicking on it will open up a context menu.

Select "Ask a question" from that context menu to get assisted. See example slide attached below:

I hope this helps.

If typing or sight is a problem, you can dictate your problem.

For Windows, press the windows key and H.

For Macintosh press the function key with the microphone (F5 on my Mac).

You can add punctuation by saying “full stop” (for a period), comma, exclamation mark, new line, and new paragraph.

You will need a microphone however. This post was dictated with Windows

Before we can help, we need to know what you’re working with. What type of Acrobat? Reader? Pro? What version of Acrobat and what systems are you’re using it on? What computer? Or phone? And what problems are you having?

I can speak for the group here that we’re not official support. We’re end users just like you. But if you can give us something to go on, we’ll try and help.
