not working in my MAC

Hi, 

I have made a subscription for a monthly plan with Adobe Acrobat Pro on my MAC laptop, everything is working on the web, but not on my laptop. See screenshot below. I could not do any conversion or editing, or even save files, and it comes with this white screen. Please advise

I hope you are doing well, and we are sorry for the trouble you had.

 

Please restart the machine once, sign out of Acrobat, and then sign back in. Check if you still get the same blank pop-up. Do you get the screen while using any tool, or does it just come up while viewing the PDF?

Go to Acrobat>Help>Check for updates, and check for any pending updates. Install any available updates, and restart the machine. 

If the issue still persists, please use the Acrobat Cleaner tool to remove the installed app, restart the machine, and install Acrobat.
