Nothing but problems with Adobe applications!

I updated my my apple hardward and Adobe software a few months ago and I have had nothing but issues with Adobe software. Adobe Acrobat Pro seems to crash or menu options freeze or disappear, same with inDesign, I constantly have to force quit every hour to reset the applications. I cannot begin to list all the different issues, it is a nighmare. Also they seem to be running very slowly, I have the latest Mac Pro and IOS with lots of memory, etc. Is anyone else haveing the same issues?

Hi,

Thanks, it is the latest CC versions and the OS is Monterey. Equipment is Mac Studio 2022, Apple M1 Max, 64gb.
I will try this advise in the posts but so far I have wiped the mac twice and reinstalled everything.

Which version of CC Desktop App?

Which macOS?

(iOS is mobile).

Does your equipment meet the CPU and GPU requirements to run latest Creative Cloud apps?  If not, you may need to revert to previous CC versions.

uninstall every cc app including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, again using the correct uninstaller, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-messaging

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

check for, and if available, update your os

repair all ms visual c++ versions that can be repaired.

update your ms visual c++, if it can be updated

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop using the "alternative download links" at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials
