nothing shows in preflight when searching "outline" in Acrobat

I am trying to convert the pdf to font outlined file in Acrobat. In the past, the "outline" option is there, but now it is gone, and the window is so easily to get frozon everytime i search it. anyone knows how to fix it? thank you.

I did everything but still shows a empty panel, i think there is something wrong with the installation.... I will install it again tomorrow to see if it is improved. .. finger crossed.

Outline is not available at PDF Standards.

i don't remember which mode it was in, a year ago when i search "outlines" , the fix up option was there.

but now even i didnt input key words, it shows nothing.. compelety nothing. is that normal?
