Numeric 0 appear as small six edge star shape when editing Scan PDF

Question

Hi i am new to Acrobat, i have problem to type the numeric 0 in my editing of scan document, It appeared as a small six edge star shape rather then 0, why ? Any solution to this please ?

Please try adding a numeric 0 on some other PDF (not a scanned document) and check if you experience the same behavior. It could be a font-related issue. However, we cannot comment much without checking the PDF.

It would be helpful if you could share the file with us and share the steps you take to edit the PDF.

Share the Acrobat version number installed on your machine.
