OCR in Polish Language?

I have a document in Polish that I want to run through OCR, in POLISH, which is not one of the choices in the pulldown menu. Is there a way to add Polish to these options?

I am running CC on an iMac running OS Sierra.

Polish is available for Adobe Acrobat DC. Please open ODF in Acrobat once and go to

Enhance Scans> Recognize Text> In this file> Language> (you can select Polish here)
