OCR on a set part of all pages

Hi,

I need to sort the pages of many large .pdf files. They all have a headline easily recognized with OCR. However, running OCR on the entire documents take far too long. So I want to run OCR on only a set part of each page. Is this possible?

You can run it on a subset of pages, or using different options.
