Offset printing a PDF that has notes.

Question

Hi Adobe Community!

I have a few hunderd PDF files that are going to offset printing, but some of them have sticky notes (a simple approval note). These are visible when previewing on Mac, and on Acrobat.

What i need to know:
- Do i need to remove ALL notes on every PDF just to make sure they don't show up when printing, or i can safely send all files, knowing that the notes won't be printed?

I've attached an image to show what i'm talking about.

Hi there,

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Please follow the steps below and see if that helps

1. Under Preferences (CTRL + k) > Commenting > Uncheck, 'Print notes and pop-ups'

2. In the Print dialog, in the "Comments and Forms" dropdown, select 'Document'
