Todos arquivos meu criados por mimj no office o qual tambem é pago e não consigo abrir no acrobat pro, diz que não tenho permissão...

I'm not sure, but it sounds like you created the PDF from Office and can't open them in Acrobat? Was Acrobat used in creating the files? Please clarify if I've misunderstood.

Bom dia, isso.. criei pdfs pelo exportar do word e sempre consegui abrir no acrobat, agora que comprei a licença o acrobat pro não abre alguns pdfs criados por mim, dizendo que não tenho permissão de abrir, mas se foi eu que criei, como não tenho permissão e em outros casos diz que não foi possível abrir o arquivo..

Adobe does not own PDF — they gave it to an ISO years ago. These days PDFs can be made by Adobe, Microsoft, macOS, and more.

To create an Adobe PDF (as opposed to a Microsoft PDF), use the Acrobat tab on the Ribbon and the Create PDF button. You might also want to look in Prefences first, especially to confirm that you are not automatically locking every PDF you create.
