Question

Old vs new GUI of Acrobat DC Pro

Is it possible to use / add "Action Wizard" in the new GUI of Acrobat? I had several scripts that I imported, for exporting bookmark reports, removing all comments, extracting commented pages.

Also Print Production (Preflight settings)?

Is there a list of what is missing from the new GUI? tx

Is there a list of what is missing from the new GUI?

Guess what…!

Consider the "new Acrobat" as a beta version, many features are still missing or half-implemented.

the problem is that the old GUI keeps beachballing and crashing on me. I wonder if support has drifted away from the old version in favor of the new. The old GUI is too unstable for daily use. Is anyone else having the same experience?

The new GUI is also beachballing and taking too long to close files and shut down—usually when I have 4 or more PDF files open at once.

It should all be there, albeit in new and surprising places... ! Don't you just love it when a company moves everything around, for no good reason, forcing you to learn how to use the application all over again? </s>

Found Page Labels under customize toolbar/Organize pages. One less concern!
