Old Windows Window/Scroll Bar

Hello.

Wanted to know if anyone knows why Acrobat has the old windows window insteead of its own? Same with the scroll bar. It looks awful and causes the program to crash. No other application has this issue, happens across machine windows resets and different machines. All updates installed, drivers up to date, windows up to date.
