Hi, we sent out a form to a client and partner to sign. The client has signed and the partner cannot at this time. We do not actually require the partner's signature. Is there a way to download the form with one signature and cancel the request, or do we have to send cancel and send a new request with one signature?

Hi Simon36945360ap4g,

Thank you for reaching out.

If you have sent a document to two people and only one has signed it. The form will not be complete without the second signature. If you need only one signature, you need to resend the document. However, you cannot send the document with a signature again to get the new one.

To cancel the agreement, refer to the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/sign-cancel-agreement.html

Let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
