Online account confirms my subscription includes 'redact PDF', but app won't let me use it

I have 'Redact PDF' as part of my subscription, visible in my online account, but when I attempt to use it the Adobe Acrobat app tells me that it is not part of my subscription.

I have repaired installation, deleted and reinstalled, and returned to the old version of Acrobat - none of them have helped. 

I used to be able to use Redact without issues - this is a new problem which has occurred within the past months.

Any suggestions appreciated.
