online Job Filler Forms

When trying to print online Job Filler Forms the information and barcodes don't print or are extremely faded. I save the file, open the file in Adobe reader and all the inputed information and barcode is displayed perfectly. But the information and barcode don't print. The website mentioned Adobe might have addressed issue in knowledge base document 82833. Where can I find this document?
