Online PDF Review - unable to post comments
Hello - My team created a PDF document and is using the "Share this with others" feature to conduct browser-based reviews. After days of working properly, I can now no longer post comments, getting the red error popup: "We are unable to post your comment, please try again". This issue started around 12:30pm EST on 06/26/2023.
I have closed the browser/opened it back up, logged out/logged back in to my account, and restarted the computer, but the issue still persists. Is this a backend issue with Adobe? Or is there something I can do to fix it?
