Online PDF Review - unable to post comments

Hello - My team created a PDF document and is using the "Share this with others" feature to conduct browser-based reviews. After days of working properly, I can now no longer post comments, getting the red error popup: "We are unable to post your comment, please try again". This issue started around 12:30pm EST on 06/26/2023.

I have closed the browser/opened it back up, logged out/logged back in to my account, and restarted the computer, but the issue still persists. Is this a backend issue with Adobe? Or is there something I can do to fix it?

Please let us know if the issue occurs with a particular document. Did you share the PDF, or did someone on the team share it? Ensure that the PDF was not unshared. 

Share the screenshot of the error message you receive. The services are working fine at our end.
