Open PDF attachment

I have had problem to open the PDF attachment in my email, I could not open and download the PDF attachment, and my comptur is freeze very time I try to open or download the attachment, jus twondering does anyone know what the problem is? thanks.

Try checking your internet, using a different PDF reader or browser, clearing your cache, or disabling your antivirus temporarily. You could also try opening it on another device.

@steven_4094 I had some computer issues, and realized it was updating Chrome. Although, I did double checked and did a virus scan for good measure. Cleared all my hostory, cookies and cache. Restarted the computer as I haven't done that in a month, and emptied my trash can.

Maybe check to see if any updates needs to be done. It also could mean that PDF is corrupted. So throw it away, delete it and download another PDF
