Opening 3DXML files from CATIA

Is it possible to open a 3DXML in ACROBAT? According to documentation it should be possible.But when attempting this adobe says it is mot compatible file type.

3DEXPERIENCE used to have a built in 3D PDF export but this seems to have been removed in 2022x

Acrobat Pro cannot open any 3D file, but you can import a .prc or a .u3d file in a PDF file.
