Question

Opening a form & completing it online

I have no idea how I got here or how to get back so please email me if you can help: <email removed by moderator>

I created a form for authors signing up for a book festival to complete, then save and send to the appropriate person. When I test it - first in Firefox, it says not supported. (It is posted on a WordPress site.) I also emailed it directly to someone using another browser and they could not complete it either. I thought that was the whole point of this program and wonder what I'm doing wrong or do I not understand the limitations?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Additional info - I did go back and save it so it was reader enabled, however in Google Chrome, though my husband could fill out the form, when he saved it, the data disappeared. From the support pages, it said the person completing the form must have Adobe Reader 8 or later. This seems to defeat the purpose too since the browsers may use a different pdf reader and would severely limit who could complete them.

Tell me this last piece isn't true!
