Opening PDF File

I am having difficulity opening PDF files. This was working before. I have new HP desktop and laptop computers. I cannot open these files when I click on the attached PDF file I get this error message:

Please share how are you trying to open the PDF?

That error message usually indicates a problem with how the server is authenticating your request to access the PDF. The key part is <AuthenticationErrorDetail> section and <Message> section. It is pointing to a missing or incorrectly formatted security parameter ("sp") needed for authentication. It seems that the issue isn't with the PDF itself, but with your access permissions or a temporary server-side problem.

 

Could you tell me how you are trying to open the PDF? Does it happen only when you double-click to open the file, or does it also happen if you launch Acrobat and choose Open > File?
