Opening Word docm files

Is it possible for Adobe Acrobat to be enabled to open a macro enabled Word document? If so, how? I have included this specific Word doc in the list of trusted files in the Trust Center. I have the box checked for allowing non-PDF files to be accessed. Is there anything else that needs to be done?

Works just fine for me... The file is converted to a PDF, of course.

What version of Acrobat (and Office) do you use, and what happens when you try to open this file?

Just to clarify, though, the converted file will not contain any of the macros from the original. It will be a plain, static, PDF file.
