Organising documents alphabetically in a pdf

I thought I'd posted this query earlier this afternoon but it's not showing. I've attached the file I want to do this with. Can this be done in Adobe now? I saw an earlier post in 2018 where it couldn't but I'm wondering if now it can?

    No change to this. The document creator (program) should use the required sort. As a side note: I could guess, but you did not specify your key value for sorting the data.
