I have created a portfolio. I am trying to change the order of the pdfs. The actions in the Tools Tab is grayed out so I cannot access Organize Pages to move the thumbnails in the order I want. How do I organized pages if it is grayed out?

Hi there

We are sorry for the trouble. As described you are not able to organize the PDFs in portfolio

What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat 2017 you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Adobe Acorbat DC and make sure you have the latest version installed. Go to Help > Check for Updates.

You can simply drag and move the thumbnails of the PDF file up and down to arange the PDFs in the portfolio. For more information, please refer to the help article https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/using/component-files-pdf-portfolio.html#RearrangefilesandfoldersinaPDFPortfolio

Keep us posted with the results

Regards

Amal

I have Adobe Acrobat 2017. I cannot drag and move the thumbnails. I tried it. I finally figured out that I can get some type of order if I gave the pdfs in the portfolio a numeric value in the name. It is not ideal, but it worked for this particular situation.
