Other elements alternative text - Failed

​@TWScruggs It likely is treating those squares as an image, and is requiring ALT tags (alternative text) which is kinda silly for a bullet, but for accessibility reason I guess. 

I thought there was an easier way in the Accessibility tool, so, I am using the Reading Order Tool. I selected the tags on the left sidebar. Open the tags which I quickly added a square box like you. Open the Reading Order window on the right side-bar;,

 

The Reading Order Tool box will open:
 

Draw a box with your mouse around the little square on the page. Click the Background/Artifact button on the Reading Order floating window. Draw another square for each square and click the Background/Artifact button for each square. This removes the element from the tag tree entirely, resolving the "Missing Alt Text" error because the object effectively no longer exists for the accessibility engine.
