use W11 adobe pro DC latest version.

"out of memory" error in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. This issue is typically caused by a known software bug (memory leak) or specific settings that consume too much temporary memory (RAM) when loading large or complex PDF files.!--tgqphd|[]-->

Hi @ramsarant ,

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear the standard Adobe support steps haven't resolved this.

Here are some additional things worth trying that go beyond the usual documentation:

1. Disable Protected Mode & Enhanced Security (temporarily)
Go to Preferences (Ctrl,Cmd+K)> Security (Enhanced) and turn off both "Enable Protected Mode at startup" and "Enable Enhanced Security". These sandbox features can cause memory issues on some Windows 11 configurations. Restart Acrobat after.

2. Disable page cache
Go to Preferences (Ctrl,Cmd+K) > Page Display > under rendering, uncheck "Use page cache".

3. Repair the Acrobat Installation (Win only)
Go to Help > Repair Installation. Sometimes a corrupted installation causes memory leaks.

Could you also share:
- Approximately how large are the PDF files triggering the error?
- Does the error happen immediately on open, or after working in the file for a while?
- A small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs for further investigation.

That will help narrow down whether this is a memory leak, a file-specific issue, or a system configuration problem.
