Out of Memory | There was an eror processing a page. There was a problem reading this document (109)

We have multiple users reporting issues opening PDFs scrolling through them fine and then after some time adobe throws up an error saying out of memory or There was an error processing a page. There was a problem reading this document (109)

 

What I have tried. 

-Ensuring Up to Date

-Repairing Acrobat (Works 50% of the time for a few days)

-Reinstalling Acrobat (Works for a few days)

-Quick Fix is a restart (Works for a day.)

-Quicker Fix is Using task manager to End Task. (Few hours)

 

We are using Acrobat DC Pro. Windows 10 Machines.
