Out of nowhere adobe ui is smaller than normal on PC

See the difference in font sizes between acrobat and word - why is this happening? Have to use a magnifying glass to read anything in adobe now. I don't want to universally change font scale in windows display settings as every other program's font size is fine and I don't want it larger
