Outlook 365-Save as Adobe PDF or Convert to Adobe PDF-Difference?
Hello,
I currently do not have the advantage of document/email management software in my role as a paralegal. My employer has decided that our files should all be savaed electronically, including emails. Can anyone explain to me what the difference is between saving an Outlook email as an Adobe PDF and converting an Outlook email to Adobe PDF?
In terms of the emails, we required any links and attachments to be fully functional when openinng the PDF of the email so that removes the easiest option of using the Windows "Print" platform and choosing "Adobe PDF" or "Microsoft Print to PDF."
Thank you.
