Outlook Add-In: Convert to PDF does not save embedded pictures

Acrobat is unable to save embedded pictures from an email in PDF. Other PDF Add-Ins are able to save with the pictures. Therefore what could possibly have gone wrong here with Acrobat?

My conversion settings within Outlook are as followed:

Compatibility: Acrobat 9.0

Attachments: All

Show Adobe PDF Results: True

give out PDF Portofolios whilst creating a new PDF File: true

Index for faster searchup: true

The rest is on standard values

     Hi @t.turan94,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble with using Acrobat Add-in in Outlook.

When going to the Acrobat Ribbon, and checking the preferences, can you ensure if your settings look like the reference attached below?

Please try and let us know if this helps.

    Regards,

    Souvik

    Hello Souvik,

I can confirm I have these same Settings, I forgot to mention that I removed the tick in “Block Download of external content”. It still didn’t work, but for links directing to images from the web.

I mainly have issues with embedded images (for example copy pasted pictures from the snipping tool)

    Hi @t.turan94,

    Thanks for the confirmation.

I tried the workflow on my end, and it worked for me.

Would you mind trying it ou ton a test email and record the screen and share it with me?

This will help u sget a better understanding and provide concrete steps towards a resolution.

Look forward to hearing from you.

    Regards,

    Souvik
