Outlook email conversion problem with password-secured attachment

I need to extract and convert email in the current desktop version of Outlook 365 to PDF. The problem is that it appears to skip emails that have attached PDF files that are secured by password. Because these are email that i have sent, i know the password; however, there does not appear to be a prompt or other mechanism to provide the password have the relevant email/attachment included in the extraction. Any ideas?

It may be possible that the current security restrictions don't allow the conversion. 

 

If that would be the case, unlock the files and lower the restrictions so that it may allow users to print to a PDF file, extract or convert to PDF.

Thanks understood. But that won't help when trying to keep email and attachments together while converting from Outlook to PDF portfolio.
