Outlook email converted to PDF not printing correctly

I converted an Outlook email to a PDF using Adobe XI Standard and although the print preview shows perfectly, when I go to actually print the document, the "From:" "Sent", "To:" and "Subject" fields are blank. The "From:" (etc) prints, but the information in the fields is blank.
