Outlook New als Standard Email Anwendung einstellen

Für das Freigeben des Dokumentes wird immer noch das alte Outlook verwendet. Ich verwende schon seit Monaten das neue Outlook - wie kann das neue Outlook für die Dokumentfreigabe in Acrobat eingestellt werden?

To set up document sharing in Acrobat using the new Outlook, follow these steps:

  1. Ensure Outlook is Set as Your Default Email Client:
    Acrobat relies on the default email client for sharing documents. Check that the new Outlook is set as your default email application:

    • On Windows, go to Settings > Apps > Default Apps, locate the Email section, and select Outlook.
    • On macOS, open the Mail app, go to Preferences > General, and set Outlook as the default email client.
  2. Enable Email Integration in Acrobat:

    • Open Adobe Acrobat.
    • Go to Edit > Preferences > Email Accounts (on macOS, go to Acrobat > Preferences > Email Accounts).
    • Click Add Account and configure your email using the new Outlook credentials.
  3. Sign In to Outlook:
    Ensure you're signed in to the new Outlook application on your device with your active email credentials.

  4. Test the Sharing Feature:

    • Open any PDF in Acrobat.
    • Click Share File or go to File > Attach to Email.
    • Select the default email client (which should now be the new Outlook).
