User has Windows 11 , it worked fine on Windows 10

The following error now pops up when attempting to do a “Save As Other” to the PDF/A format. This has never been an issue before in the 6+ years for which I have worked specifically saving PDFs in Adobe Acrobat to the PDF/A format.

As we’ve discussed, using the Preflight tool to analyze, apply fixups and save to the PDF/A format still works normally. However, the Engineering Records team utilize and require batch operations and saved action commands in Adobe Acrobat on dozens to hundreds of documents at a time. The Preflight tool doesn’t allow for action commands to be applied to multiple documents at a time.

I’ve reviewed the Adobe Community discussions online and haven’t been able to find any solution that will work

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Have you started experiencing this issue recently? What is the version of the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 24.02.20687 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Also, check the correct answers marked in the similar discussions listed below and see if that works:

Let us know how it goes.
