Outputting to pdf FOR ingramSpark from InDesign without exceeding their 240% TAC limit
I have an InDesign project that was created for Amazon KDP but would like to use it for IngramSpark. Besides formatting issues, a huge problem appears to be their inability for their printers to handle 240% TAC. I have numerous CMYK color swatches that exceed 240% (including Adobe Rich Black) and RGB graphics with a lot of saturation. Is there a simple way, like a profile, to just output all the values that will automatically and intelligently limit the CMYK TAC values to 240% without gutting image quality throughout the book? I am perfectly fine with InDesign SWOP 2 profile and the way it converts RGB to CMYK values, but obviously, it can easily hit 300%. Is there any profile that anyone has used with IngramSpark with the above circumstances that works well?
