"Over activated" Acrobat 11

Question

Does anyone know how to get support from someone in the states? I've contacted support several times and cannot get ANYWHERE on this problem. I have several "orpahned activations" on machines that are no longer available to me and I want to recover those activations for use on current machines. Every post I've seen on this issue says to contact Adobe Support but so far I have been just chasing my tail.

I was hoping that Adobe would be able to give me a list of activations so I could ID the ones that I want to recover and they would be able to do that.

No-one but Adobe can help you with this. Contact them again and ask for an "activation reset", even though the product is past its end-of-life.
