I have installed acrobat for purpose of downloading my PA auto registration and it will not give me my registration???  What do I do??

Would you mind sharing more details about the PA registration? What happens when you try to load it? Do you get an error message? If yes, please share a screenshot of the same for more clarity.

 

Also, a small video recording of the steps and the issue would be very helpful
