Until some time ago I was using the floating toolbar options in Adobe Acrobat pro DC as it contained "Fit one full page" or "read mode". Now this actions are only visible when I move the page controls into toolbar. The floating toolbar became very basic and not useful at all. How can I adjust the content of the page contols floating toolbar?

To display the page controls use the menu item "View > Show/Hide > Page Controls > Undock"

Clicking on the icon in red will toggle the document into Read Mode which apparently also toggles the floating toolbar in between two styles, with different tools.

Clicking on the icon on this toolbar is "Show main toolbar."

Click on the icon on this toolbar will "Show File in Read Mode."

Not intuitive at all, but I think this should do what you need.

Thank you but unfortunatly my floating toolbar looks like this:Even if I choose the mentioned icon in the main toolbar, it does not solve the problem.

I haven't been able to figure out how to customize the toolbar. Sorry. But how about using keyboard shortcuts for these functions?

It's actually faster than using the buttons.
